Can I just use the free plan forever?
Yes, you can use the free plan forever. The easiest way to stay on the free plan is to not provide a payment method.
How are payments processed?
We accept payments through Stripe. You will be billed for any subscription fees (team members, log plan) at the start of a billing period, and for any additional requests above the free tier at the end of the billing period.
Do I get notifications when I hit the free tier limits?
Yes, you will receive an email notification when you hit your limits, at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the free tier limit. If you have a credit card on file, you will be charged for any additional requests above the free tier at the end of the billing period.
Can I downgrade my plan to the free plan?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan to the free plan at any time. Simply email us at support@prompteus.com and we will manually change your plan. Our team will confirm any outstanding billable usage before the plan is changed. Your plan is considered canceled from the moment we receive your email, and we'll cancel any charges after that moment, if applicable.
